Role Summary

The Client Development Manager is a mid-level, relationship-driven seller responsible for finding and cultivating OneSpring's next clients across the Atlanta metro area.

OneSpring brings product research, design, and AI-native development together in one team. This role identifies the right companies and decision-makers, builds relationships with them, and opens doors for OneSpring's executives, who join the meetings you set up and lead the close.

This is not a sit-at-your-desk role. The right person starts each week asking where they can go, who they can meet, and how to get plugged in. You'll work closely with CEO Jason Moccia and executive partner Robert on every opportunity you bring in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outreach to prospective buyers and build relationships that turn into real conversations over time

  • Research and prioritize high-fit target companies and decision-makers across the Atlanta metro area

  • Book and coordinate meetings between prospects and OneSpring's executives, and attend those meetings as the relationship owner

  • Attend networking events, industry gatherings, and trade shows to expand OneSpring's presence in the local market

  • Help plan, coordinate, and promote OneSpring-hosted events

  • Own the CRM: create, track, and follow up on leads, keep records current, and move opportunities through the pipeline

  • Partner with OneSpring's executives through the close, supporting proposals and next steps while they lead negotiation and contracts

  • Travel occasionally for conferences and industry events

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience

  • Experience selling for a consulting or staffing firm

  • A proven track record of opening doors and building relationships with business buyers

  • Energy for being out in the market: networking, events, and in-person meetings are a core part of the job

  • Strong pipeline discipline and experience managing leads in a CRM

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication

  • Must live in the Atlanta metro area and be able to get to Alpharetta, GA easily

Preferred Qualifications
